    The staff is super friendly and they have many parking spots. Not really much of a dine in location. I typically order their Chicken and Beef Bowls and they do not disappoint. Love having the ability to add avocado to my order and the avocados always come fresh. This is my go to teriyaki spot when in Lawndale!

    Kasai teriyaki is delicious! Nicely grilled. The sauce is fresh. And it does not give me a tummy ache like a well known chain does. I highly recommend their food.
